HOW TO APPLY
Using your fingers or a mini spatula, apply a small amount of the scrub to your lips and rub in for penetrating effect for 2-3 mins. Rinse your lips with water and then wipe off any excess. Apply NSB lipgloss or Rose Petal Lip Oil to your lips.
