Due to the nature of our products which are all handmade, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that are used or have been opened due to personal hygiene reasons. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The images of the products on our sites are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. We have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, but because our products are mainly handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site are 95% accurate to display. All Products shown on our sites are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order or charge you if made.

All goods purchased from NS Beauty are FINAL and it is your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle them with care.
Accuracy of billing and account information:
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
